The main antagonist of The Man in Room 1280 and the unintentional antagonist in the epilogues, he was hurt and murdered by William Afton only for Andrew attaching himself to the man's soul to ensure that he can't die. The day after, Marla, Jessica, John, and Clay are in the hospital, near Carlton's side as he is recovering from his near-death injury. The animatronics approached William's body and dragged him to Pirate Cove; at that time Golden Freddy also disappears and does not see him or the rest of the characters of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. While he was able to remove most of the costume, he couldn't remove the animatronic parts lodged into his body.
