The NUCXi7 from Minisforum is squarely aimed at gamers wanting a compact PC small enough to connect to their living room television and blend into their entertainment unit. You can output to two monitors with just the HDMI and Thunderbolt 4 ports — though, you could probably attach more monitors via an appropriate Thunderbolt dock. But unfortunately, the manufacturer is tied to the mainboard layout, which would make this more difficult.
