About this deal
I stuck some old carpet to the garage wall to stop my mother from scratching the car doors on the wall.
My question is, has anyone managed to do a decent job of repairing a scratch like this with the Porsche touch-in paints? We love our adorable little furry felines, we just don’t love their claws and occasional need to rip our favorite tufted soda to shreds. If you've access to an airbrush, thin down the touch-in paint for sprayability, and mask beyond the tape with paper.
It the paint has been knocked off then you can touch it up - but be VERY careful and be sure to apply an absolute minimum of paint!

For the best door-edge chipping repair without a respray (which on that colour might well be into both panels). Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. When the hard edge of the chip is completely gone and you have a gentle feathered edge, switch to a finer paper - 1500 grit is pretty good, and refine all the previous scratches.
