The battery box is equipped with a lid for protection of battery against water, IPX4 water resistance when closed. The cooler can be powered either by one or two 18V LXT® batteries, AC or 12/24 V DC making it easy to keep the desired temperature wherever you are.

For added convenience, it has a USB charging port to provide power to common devices like phones and tablets. The DCW180Z includes two temperature settings for cooling and warming, and a LED display to let you know about the battery level and temperature settings. The DCW180Z Cooler / Warmer Box is powered by 18V Li-ion LXT slide type battery (not included), single or two in parallel, 12V or 24V cigarette socket or by AC adapter.

The 18V X2 LXT®, 12V/24V DC Auto, and AC Cooler/Warmer (DCW180Z) is ideal for use on the job site or on the road. The display can be switched to show degrees Fahrenheit if you prefer that over Celsius, and also has two indicators to show the level of each of the two batteries without having to lift them out.
