Description

The supermarket's Lacura Snapshot Ready Glow Primer is said to be an exact 'dupe' for the iconic Photo Finish Primer from Smashbox. It has a tacky feel to it so I usually allow it to sit for a minute before applying my foundation on top. This Aldi Lacura Snapshot Ready Foundation Primer originally launched back in 2018, and it’s been so popular for Aldi that they’ve gone on to launch multiple other types of their ‘Snapshot’ primer. Having used the more expensive original for a while now, someone could easily swap the contents of my must-have primer for Aldi’s version and I’m pretty sure I’d never even realise. I don’t know if you can see a difference in the photo above, but I don’t notice very much blurring when using this primer.

Lacura Snapshot Ready Foundation Primer is one of several primer options Aldi is selling for a limited time.A vegetable-based emulsifier that helps the oily and watery parts of the formula to mix nicely together. The ideal addition to your makeup bag, this primer will help you to achieve a flawless looking foundation no matter your skin type, and is sure to get you photo-ready in no time! The flaky areas were still flaky – but as my foundation dried it didn’t seem to look as bad as it usually does. However, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as it can help the rest of your makeup adhere to your skin properly.

The product has a creamy formula and is rich in rosemary, camomile, white tea, cocoa butter and eucalyptus oil. Designed to detoxify and brighten your skin, the mask helps to draw out impurities and refine pores, and this time it’s back with a new formula that contains ingredients like Australian kakadu plum and witch hazel. This is a great top-up of the glow-giving ingredient if you’re running low on the cult favourite original,” they added. The directions on the box advises to use a pea size amount prior to applying foundation and to apply it starting from the centre of your face and blending out. We also checked Prospector for sodium hyaluronate versions actually used in cosmetic products and found that the most common molecular weight was 1.According to famous dermatologist, Leslie Baumann while tocopheryl acetate is more stable and has a longer shelf life, it’s also more poorly absorbed by the skin and may not have the same awesome photoprotective effects as pure Vit E.
