The inclusion of the adjustable pressure presser foot makes this a great machine to work with, no matter what your crafting project is. Industry specialists told me the 4234d is built well. This is important for regular sewists who need something more durable.

Are There Any Common Complaints About The Model?

When compared against a sewing machine there are quite a few noticeable differences. In addition to being faster at sewing they also come with a built-in blade which trims off the excess seam allowance as you go, which again is more time efficient than having to do this task with scissors.

It took about 3 minutes and 10 seconds to thread the lower looper on the Janome. It was very fiddly. It took about 40 seconds on the Brother 4234d! What a difference. Mike.
