The sequel to Devastation composed of four Spotlights in fairly direct continuity: " Cyclonus", " Hardhead", " Doubledealer" and " Sideswipe". This series wraps up the first set of Dead Universe-related events. Bonus material includes an article on the beginning of IDW-verse production and several sketches by Figueroa. Transformers: Foundation (2011) — A 4-issue series telling the history of Optimus Prime and Megatron on Cybertron. The second prequel to Dark of the Moon. If this is going to be another conversation about how cold and arrogant I am, trust me, I've heard it all before." The Transformers: The Best of Don Figueroa (2007) — Hardcover collection reprinting Don Figueroa-illustrated stories from Dreamwave and IDW.

Revolution is a comic book crossover which not only involves the Transformers but all of the other Hasbro properties that IDW has. This includes series such as G.I. Joe, Micronauts, ROM, and others. This story has ramifications for the Transformers comics and will launch new comics in its conclusion. Establishes the presence of the Transformers on modern-day Earth and re-establishes the theme of "robots in disguise" as central to the new continuity; a seven-issue story arc (issues #0 to #6).

Blurr's IDWverse design includes stylised Hermes/Mercury-style wing shapes on the sides of his helmet, in either a classical evocation, or a more pop-cultural reference to the Flash. Each of the characters receiving the Spotlight also had new Deluxe Class toys as part of the 2012–2013 Generations line, ' Thrilling 30'. Transformers: Sector 7 (2010–2011) — A 5-issue series telling the history of Sector 7. The first prequel to Transformers: Dark of the Moon

After a heated exchange in which Optimus explains Cybertron's " Golden Age" only left the planet's rulers weak, and that the Decepticons are taking advantage of that weakness, the future Prime offers Blurr a spot within the Autobot ranks. After thinking it through, Blurr rushes off, breaking through the Decepticon barricade (and a few Decepticons as well), toward Zeta Prime's citadel headquarters. G.I. Joe and the Transformers (2012-2013) — [3 volumes] The first volume covers Marvel's crossovers, while the second two cover the Devil's Due Press series. Cliffjumper crashlands on a remote planet and encounters two young aliens named Kita and Coll, orphans who maintain their family's farm with help from a nearby village. Kita and Coll determine Cliffjumper is friendly and offer him enough synthetic Energon to refuel, and the little red Autobot in turn helps the siblings revitalize their farm. One day, though, a Decepticon unit lands on the planet and threatens Coll; although Cliffjumper manages to kill three of the Decepticons, Kita is fatally injured during the skirmish. Cliffjumper stays with Kita until she dies and destroys the remaining Decepticons in a fit of rage. After burying Kita's body and ensuring Coll is taken in by the village, Cliffjumper steals the Decepticon ship to rejoin the Autobot forces. The direct sequel to Infiltration; a six-issue story arc detailing a conflict with the Decepticons in Brasnya and the abduction of Sunstreaker and Hunter O'Nion.Transformers Animated: The Complete AllSpark Almanac (2015) — An omnibus volume containing the two books and The AllSpark Almanac Addendum with some new information added. Collects: Dark Cybertron issue #1, More Than Meets The Eye #23-27, Robots In Disguise #23-27, and Dark Cybertron: Finale

As reported by The Hollywood Reporterin January 2022, IDW will lose the license to Transformers (as well as G.I. Joe) at the end of 2022. This means there will be no new Transformers comics and collections from the publisher from 2023 onwards. Transformers '84: Secrets & Lies (2020) — Four-issue limited sequel series to the aforementioned one-shot. IDW has done a lot of different types of Transformerscomics, but the ones I am focusing on are the ones that are part of the IDW 2005 continuity. So this means comics such as Regeneration One, Transformers vs. G.I Joe, Marvel/Dreamwave reprints or anything that ties into movies/TV shows are not included. Do I have to read everything? In 2017, a version of the Hearts of Steel story was retroactively folded into the main IDW universe via Revolutionaries; the first two stories listed here are also canon in the ongoing G1 continuity. The Transformers: The IDW Collection Compendium, Vol. 1 ( July 6, 2016) ISBN 163140637X / ISBN 978-1631406379The Transformers: Generations (2006–2007) — [12 issues] Reprints random old Marvel Comics issues, specifically ones that did not feature Marvel-owned characters such as Circuit Breaker.
