Description

The Fujifilm X100V is the fifth camera in the X100 line-up, and by far the best camera to date. But while the camera features a new sensor, processor and a vastly improved new lens, the overall design remains refreshingly similar to previous models. So, here’s a selection of the best Fujifilm X100V accessories available now, with many also being suitable for use with older X100 cameras. Mechanical Shutter Approx. 6.0fps (JPEG: 220 frames, Lossless compression RAW: 21 frames, Uncompressed RAW: 18 frames)

Up to Approx. 11fps (JPEG: 38 frames, Lossless compression RAW: 17 frames, Uncompressed RAW: 17 frames) Great Photography Every Day, Everywhere: X100V features a newly designed, incorporated 23mmF2 lens, ensuring you preserve those special moments at maximum resolution with minimal distortion. It also offers an improved close focusing performance compared to previous X100 models, and, for the first time in the X100 line, you can keep making images even in the toughest conditions when you attach the optional adapter ring with the weather-sealing protection lens (sold separately). This outstanding lens retains the same slim line design as other X100 models, so it retains compatibility with existing WCL and TCL lens attachments. It’s definitely got the “vintage” look, as well as external manual controls including ISO speed, shutter speed, and exposure compensation. Aperture is adjusted using the front command dial, and there’s a small LCD screen on the top that shows you your aperture. The vari-angle touchscreen can be used for selfies and vlogging. WiFi | Bluetooth | USB Type-C | HDMI Micro connector Type-D | Microphone / shutter release input 2.5mm Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements andoptically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect theimagery. It’s also possible to attach an optional AR-X100 adapter ring and the PRF-49 protection filter to make the camera weather-resistant. We’re told that the camera is largely weather-resistant already, and it’s just the lens needs the extra protection. (Fujifilm says that making the lens weather resistant too would have made it too bulky for this camera’s slim design.) Shutter Speed Electronic Shutter P mode: 4sec to 1/32000 A mode: 30sec to 1/32000 S/M mode: 15min to 1/32000 Bulb mode: 1sec Fixed

The ability to have 4K video at 30p with no crop adds to the value of the camera, with plenty of built-in advanced functionality for fine tuning footage. The Eterna Cinema Film Simulation is also a welcome addition for video rendering straight out of the camera. Still images can also be rendered in a variety of ways, such as with the Classic Neg film simulation, brought straight from the X-Pro 3. We will introduce you exclusively to finance products provided by Duologi. The standard number of images that can be made per charge has significantly improved from previous generations. The battery now lasts up to approximately 350 frames per charge when using the EVF or approximately 420 frames per charge when using the OVF. Mechanical Shutter: P mode: 4sec. to 1/4000sec. A mode: 30sec. to 1/4000sec. S/M mode: 15min. to 1/4000sec. Bulb mode: up to 60min. Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.White Balance Automatic Scene Recognition/ Custom 1-3/ Color Temperature Selection (2500K-10000K)/ Daylight, Shade, Fluorescent light (Daylight), Fluorescent light (Warm White), Fluorescent light (Cool White), Incandescent light, Underwater Prior to this camera I have owned multiple Canon, Nikon, and Sony, APS-C cameras, and also rented a full-frame Nikon. I could go on for a while about what I think about each brand's stengths and weaknesses when it comes to IQ, but suffice it to say that I think they are all good in some ways and not good in others. This is my first Fuji and simply put, I am more happy with the results, more of the time, than I have ever been with any other camera. Image Quality, to me, really boils down to realistic reproduction, and I think Fuji nails it. So often before, when I looked at a photo I took, it was just a little off to me and didn't really "catch" whatever it was that I was taking a picture of. Of course, a lot of that must have been user error, but with this camera, when I look at the pictures, I think "yes, that is what I was taking a picture of!" Before we get to the list, it’s worth explaining our criteria for choosing. These are the key aspects that make the Fujifilm X100V so appealing – and therefore, the qualities we’ve looked for when coming up with our alternatives. The GR IIIx is a minorly reworked version of the GR III, which is essentially identical except for the fact that it uses a wider 28mm equivalent lens. Feel free to choose either camera based on the kinds of images you think you’ll like to shoot – the GR IIIx will be better for naturalistic street shooting, while you may prefer the GR III if you’re going to be doing a lot of architecture and interiors. Whichever you go for, you’ll get a snappy, high-quality camera that consistently produces vivid, colourful images.

Having a fixed lens is also great as you do not spend a lot of money on lenses and carry them around. Instead you can concentrate on capturing the great moments of your life and your beloved ones. The hybrid viewfinder is more accurate than ever with 3.69 million dots, being an excellent solution for Street photography. The 1.62 million dots, 3 inch rear touchscreen is very versatile, displaying all pertinent shooting information, along with tap focus, providing a useful solution for discrete street and other genres of photography. Body Design Offering 95% frame coverage, the OVF provides parallax-correcting frame lines to provide an uninterrupted view of the world as it is, while the camera’s EVF delivers a real-time representation of the image as it is being made. The Electronic Range Finder (ERF) function can also be selected to display a small EVF at the bottom right corner of the OVF, which gives image-makers another tool as they frame and make their images. Electronic Shutter (1.25x Crop) Approx. 30fps (JPEG: 29 frames, Lossless compression RAW: 17 frames, Uncompressed RAW: 17 frames) Mechanical + Electronic Shutter: P mode: 4sec. to 1/32000sec. A mode: 30sec. to 1/32000sec. S/M mode: 15min. to 1/32000sec. Bulb mode: up to 60min..The X100V is (predictably) the best X100 yet, and frankly, leads its market segment in terms of overall capability. With the winning combination of an ultra-high resolution sensor and an optically stabilised 23mm f/1.7 lens, the Leica Q3 is essentially a significantly up-market version of an X100V. With traditional Leica styling, including manual focus and aperture rings on the lens and a stepped top-plate with rounded corners, the Leica Q3 simply exudes classic cool. It’s not a case of style over substance though – this is a hell of a camera in all respects. If you want to zoom you can digitally zoom and you will not be disappointed as image quality is great and new lens produces sharp and vivid images.

Approx. 8.0fps [Only electronic shutter, 1.25 x Crop] (JPEG: 90 frames, Lossless compression RAW: 18 frames, Uncompressed RAW: 18 frames) The X100V gets pretty much all of the same autofocus features as the X-Pro3, making it very capable for a camera of its type. Exposure Mode P (Program AE)/ A (Aperture Priority AE)/ S (Shutter Speed Priority AE)/ M (Manual Exposure) The CANPIS Universal Genuine Leather Camera Strap in brown is a simple yet stylish option for the X100V. This handmade leather strap is a comfortable 100cm/39in long and features leather pads to protect the camera body from the metal rings that attach the strap to the camera. We were spoiled when Fujifilm brought us the Fujifilm X100F, but when it comes to this newer model, Fujifilm have smashed it out the park. The X100V model builds off the excellent body of its predecessor and improves on it by incorporating a larger and more powerful 26.1 MP X-Trans CMOS 4 Image Sensor that offers an ISO range from 160 to 12800 (Expandable from 80 to 51200). The integrated fixed 23mm F2 lens is constructed from 8 elements in 6 groups, including 2 aspherical elements. It features a 9-bladed aperture diaphragm that can produce smooth and attractive bokeh. Other features include Fujifilm's advanced hybrid viewfinder, a 3" tilting LCD touchscreen and the capacity to capture some stunning 4K video. This compact, yet rugged camera is truly versatile and will not fail to impress! Many upgrades have been brought to the Fujifilm X100V, an ideal solution for those who want a compact camera solution, featuring classic looks, wrapped around the most modern of features.
