I love to do a short meditation before a journaling practice, because it helps me get grounded, quiet my mind, and re-focus on my intention for my journaling session. There are times when you work so hard and move so fast, juggling so many things and putting others first, that you don’t remember to take care of yourself. When this happens, you start to feel burned out. You might resist this knowledge and force yourself through the exhaustion to prove you’re a hero, to show how far you can push yourself. After all, it’s impressive being the too busy one, the one who handles it all, isn’t it? Well, the Universe is not impressed at all! Imagine that everything possible under the sun is waiting to be claimed. You are not separate from what you desire to manifest. Everything is intrinsically connected within a vast living web of life—a Divine matrix. Even that which you have not yet observed as part of your life experience is still connected to you; it remains dormant until you choose it. it comes from an instinctual need for belonging, you might say. We need community to survive, to thrive and grow. We humans are social creatures, after all; none of us are meant to be alone. Everything is intrinsically connected. Magic flows through you from the unseen world into the world you perceive. Moving from the realm of nonordinary reality to ordinary reality, you birth ideas and thoughts into form and bring your most cherished desires to fruition. Not all ideas will bear sweet fruit; sometimes you will reap a sour and bitter harvest based on your sense of your personal narrative and your assumptions about others. Empathy reminds you that you are not alone. It is a beautiful capacity to feel the connectivity all around you, giving you a profound sense of belonging, a broader experience of being part of the larger whole. That said,The Alliance ensured that when we asked for guidance in manifesting our reality, they would help us find our way to the highest good for all. But in time, humanity turned itself away from the natural world as a source for the Divine and forgot about the realms in the Unseen realities. Religious superstition, dominance, and the power of intellect, reason, and technology became our focus; and our partnership was forgotten, so the realms faded away. As our global concerns have increasingly been more plaintive, they have returned to help us find our way home to our true purpose, prosperity, hope, and happiness.

Be still for a moment. Quiet your thoughts and imagine anchoring your energy to the sacred quality of being part of this living earth. Do this mindfully to connect to this Divine intelligence with the power to create the perfect form from the essence of a tiny spark of life. Indeed, this is miraculous.
