About this deal

So much has been written on the subject of late that it is difficult for any new book to really stand out. This one is good but not great. Renamed the Difficulty slider to Magic Proficiency. Does the same thing but I like the wording better. Progressive: Recovery time is for the first hour of study and each additional hour will require more recovery than the previous. But, for a book dedicated to a movement that is all about cool, the presentation falls short. It is frantic in its appearance with just too much stuff crammed in. It focuses too on the later period from around 1964 - 66 where I personally wanted more about the very beginnings of the movement. What happened after the first riots in Clacton just 50 years ago was already well documented.

Book 'Em is an evolution of my (now obsolete) Something About Books mod. What's the difference, you ask? Compatibility. Through the magic of SKSE plugins I was able to recreate the mod without making any edits to vanilla assets. Therefore, "Book 'Em" should be compatible with most mods that add books and spell tomes. I have tested with a few mods such as Book Covers Skyrim, Lost Library, Legacy of the Dragonborn, Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim and SXP (Redone)). Vanilla Plus - Identical to vanilla except you can use the animation feature and select whether to destroy spell tomes after reading. Added all missing books (only Hammer Time available before due to oversight) to trader inventory and quest rewards. If RimWorld: Ideology is installed, you can write Ideoligion books, which increase or decrease the reader's certainty.

Typewriter table now requires Writing and Electricity research rather than Printing research. (Newspapers still require Printing research and can still be produced at the typewriter table.)

You’d never be hanging around on your own, it gave you a great feeling of belonging, especially if you felt that you didn’t fit in at home. You’d go there, and you were immediately with people who ‘got you’.” Mod appealed to me precisely as a form of rejection and exclusion from the 1980s. Everything in the 1960s seemed infinitely cooler than the world around me so the more accurately that period could be recreated the better. I was a young kid out enjoying myself, I didn’t give a hoot whether I was doing anything new from a cultural perspective; it was fresh to me and it was bloody exciting.Vanilla Plus - A new feature in 2.0. This will give you the same vanilla behavior while also allowing the use of reading animations. Now, this is an interesting idea – Mod Ghosts: Revisiting The Places And The Faces is a book about the past and the present of mod.

I wasn't allowed to use commas ,,, due to it ending the tooltip box so full stops were used in their place. Fortify Skill - Added in version 2.10. Permanently fortify the skill by the specified amount. This bonus is not retroactive. Only skill books that you have read while this option is selected count toward the bonus. View your progress in the MCM. Simplified and Traditional Chinese translation (简&繁中文汉化包) by MZM_GOW - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2650994954 Study Spell - You will need to study the spell tomes several times before you learn the spell and can cast it. How much you learn each study session varies based on the spell difficulty, your level in that magic school and plethora of other options which are now adjustable through the MCM (new to 2.0). You can only study one spell from each school of magic at any given time and must finish one spell before you can study another spell of the same school. View the progress tab in the MCM to see what (if any) spell you are currently studying for each school and its progress.

v2.22 EXPERIMENTAL - Found a new method of determining spell school and level when studying spell tomes. But not everyone wore a parka or a suit, took amphetamines, fought on the beaches at Margate and Brighton or rode a scooter. Nor did they want to. However, many of them did exactly that. While some critics may see Quadrophenia as a pastiche of what actually happened, to many the film, or aspects of it, were spot on, it was exactly how the young people of Nottingham and Leicester lived their lives as Mods in the 1960s.”
