You can make a FAST version of this by forming the pie crust into a dumpling shape as explained in the recipe video below. Once your apples are roughly chopped, put them in a bowl and add the sugar, spices and lemon juice. Toss them around to make sure they are evenly coated. A classic combination of soft chocolate with a crunchy biscuits make this an excellent and delicious product. To make the dough, add the room temperature vegan butter, ½ cup of white sugar, and brown sugar to a mixing bowl. Then, use an electric mixer to cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy (about 2 minutes).
