About this deal

There are a lot of different strands to the plot and initially I wondered about the relevance of all the characters and how the novel would come together. However, Andrea Mara skilfully brings all the plotlines together and this is a compelling and fast paced psychological thriller. Apart from Sive, the characters are mostly unlikeable but I enjoyed discovering their secrets which contributed to the twists and turns of the plot and the various red herrings. The first half was fantastic and I was completely gripped. I felt the fear of Marissa, and the worry of losing Milo and concern over what happened to him. Irish Times Top Ten bestselling author Andrea Mara, has written her UK debut “All Her Fault” - a mystery domestic thriller where secrets and lies can rapidly rip a family apart when they start to be revealed.

El libro parte de una premisa que ya promete en una historia de intriga. Y si llegamos a casa y nos encontramos con que nuestro hijo ha desaparecido? Quién lo secuestraría? Por qué? On Monday morning, Sive is getting on the Tube with her three children when the Tube doors close leaving her stranded on the platform and her daughters on the Tube. The alarm is raised but when the train arrives at the next station, six year old Faye has gone missing and, as the title says, no one saw a thing. Every parent’s worst nightmare - the absolute fear 😰. It all ended well though – the rest of our family found us ten minutes later at Tower Bridge, and we got on with our touristing. It was only when my dad reminded me of the story a couple of years ago that I decided to turn it into a book.Have you ever been punched in the face by a book? Well, I've been repeatedly and unapologetically punched in the face by this one and I have to say I loved every minute of it!

It's only when you reach the next stop that you truly begin to panic. Because there aren't two children waiting for you on the platform. There's only one.No One Saw a Thing is a very fast-paced and layered thriller. Crossing timelines, Andrea Mara creates a complex web of deception and lies, with red herrings aplenty, baiting the reader and successfully leaving you flummoxed on more than one occasion. There is an intensity to this tale, a fear-inducing panic that refuses to die down as the tension ramps up and more secrets are revealed.
