The shower itself is fine, but we have constant problems with the fitting on the wall, which the shower head fit into. The first one split so the shower head wouldn't stay in place, so we bought a 'universal' fitting. Now the knob on the side , which should tighten up, so that the shower head stays in place

Installation was simple although the 90degree fitting was tight and leaked until I realised you had to push very hard to get it on fully.
