I also really enjoyed the scenes from the cabin (both the accidental kiss and getting stuck together) and when they practiced in Asher’s room. Together with her husband who was her high school sweetheart, she currently makes her home in Southern Utah. I loved the sleepwalking scenes and the school dance, but Cambrielle’s dancing and Mack making fun of her (generally) are up there too!

Well, as I said in a another review, a few years back I read an awesome story about a married couple with a kid who also had the husband cheat on his wife and the story delved into the who, when, why and why again for the entire story! However he wasn’t perfect, he could be competitive and headstrong, but he was kind and he was nicer then he appeared. There was just something about Elyse and Asher and their journey from Friends to Lovers that was enjoying to follow again with. But since I was painfully awkward around guys I liked, I’d never dared do anything about my crush—in fact, I hadn’t even said a single word to him since the school year started. I think Elyse didn’t have a thing for bad boys as much as a gift for appreciating why someone’s perfectly imperfect. Scarlett cast our aloof friend a wary glance, like she wasn’t sure what to think about how distracted he’d been all year.
